Adding a group of servers to the Send menu
If you frequently use the Domino® Administrator console to send a command to a particular group of servers, add the group to the Send menu.

Procedure

1. From the Domino Administrator, select Server -> Status.

2. Click Server Console.

3. Select the Send -> Server Groups.

4. To add a group you created previously during the process of sending a command, click Add Private, select the group, and click Add.

5. To add a group from the Domino Directory, click Add Public, select the group, and click Add. You can add only groups in the Domino Directory that are defined as the group type Servers only.

6. Click Save.

Results

The group now shows in the Send menu.
