Adding a database to the Domain Index
If an application database will be useful to a wide audience, include the database in the Domain Index.

Procedure

1. From the IBM® Domino® Administrator, choose File -> Open -> Notes Application.

2. Select the database that you want to add to the Domain Index, and click Open.

3. Choose File -> Application -> Access Control, and make sure you have Manager access.

4. Choose File -> Application -> Properties.

5. Click the Design tab.

6. Make sure that the List in Database Catalog option is selected, and enter one or more categories.


7. Select Include in multi-database indexing.
