Default_Index_Lifetime_Days
Specifies a default lifetime for view indexes if none was selected by the database designer in the view properties box.

Syntax: Default_Index_Lifetime_Days=number of days

Description: If the index is inactive for the specified number of days, the Indexer task purges the index. For example:

Default_Index_Lifetime_Days=60

sets the lifetime of indexes to 60 days.

Default: 45 days

Applies to: Servers

UI equivalent: None, although you can specify this setting in the NOTES.INI Settings tab of the Configuration Settings document in the Domino® Directory.
